Tick what you need on the right-hand side of your repeat slip and post it to us at 576 Foleshill Road, Coventry CV6 5HP. Add your phone number so we can reach you if there's a query.
Allow a couple of extra days for the post in each direction.
Order repeats straight from your GP record. Set General Wolfe Pharmacy as your nominated pharmacy and your prescription reaches us electronically — nothing to post, nothing to lose.
Call us and we'll set the nomination up for you.
Order when you have about ten days of medicine left. Your surgery needs two to three working days to approve the prescription, then we dispense and post it. Order earlier than usual before a bank holiday.
We send the request to your GP surgery, dispense it when it comes back, and post it to you in plain packaging with nothing on the outside to say what's inside. We'll let you know when it's on its way.
If you'd find a weekly tray easier than loose boxes, say so when you order and the pharmacist will talk it through with you. Trays are made up here, labelled by day and time of day, and sent out on a regular cycle. There's more on our services page.
Call us rather than going without. In some circumstances a pharmacist can arrange an emergency supply of a medicine you take regularly, or contact your surgery on your behalf.
