We handle your repeats with your surgery so your medicines arrive before you run out.
A free, unhurried conversation with the pharmacist about everything you're taking and why.
Coughs, rashes, stomach upsets and more. Call or email and a pharmacist will answer.
We dispense NHS prescriptions for patients anywhere in England and Wales. The simplest way to use us is to nominate General Wolfe Pharmacy as your pharmacy — do it through the NHS App, at your surgery, or call us and we'll arrange it. Your prescription then comes to us automatically every time your GP issues one.
If you take several medicines at different times of day, keeping track is hard — and missed or doubled doses are easy. We make up monitored dosage trays (also called blister packs or dosette boxes) for patients who need them. Each dose sits in its own sealed compartment, labelled with the day and the time of day, so you can see at a glance whether you've taken it.
If you take the same medicine every month, we can order it from your surgery for you. Order by phone, by email, by post, or through the NHS App with us set as your nominated pharmacy.
Everything we dispense is delivered. We post prescription medicines to patients throughout England and Wales, packed discreetly with nothing on the outside to say what's inside.
If you're on several medicines it's easy to lose track of what each one does. Book a phone call with the pharmacist and go through everything properly. It's free and it's confidential.
Your pharmacist is a qualified healthcare professional and can help with a long list of everyday conditions without you needing a GP appointment. Call or email and we'll answer. If we think you need to see a doctor, we'll tell you honestly.
Call 024 7627 5891 or email sajid.hussain@nhs.net. If it's not something we can do, we'll point you to someone who can.
